TWO TONE TWIN HOME


Two tone color scheme
in twin home. 
A custom color  creates
  a warm inviting feeling.
The banister, base boards and doors 
are  painted a custom white to
  compliment the wall color.


The pictures above show the
stair well and the front entry.

CUSTOM TWO- TONE HOME INTERIOR


 A two-tone color scheme
coordinates the wall  and trim color

 
This home's interior was featured in
Utah County's  2005 Home Builders Guide 

The wall color is an eggshell sheen.
The  base and trim color is 25 percent of the
wall color in a  low sheen semi gloss.

Because this was a new home and not a repaint,

we sprayed then back rolled the interior walls.

The  wood work banister and casing
were all  hand painted in a lighter color.

The wood work has the look and feel
of European craftsmanship.
